We store only the email, language, source, and dates needed to manage the Gastrópolis newsletter.

Subscription requires email confirmation. You can unsubscribe from any message; when you do, we delete your record.

The list is encrypted in Amazon DynamoDB and only the authorized administrator can view or export it.
